Historic District - Greenville's established state historic district gives you access to information, contractor lists, guidelines, and other resources to help you maintain or rehabilitate your building. Perhaps just as important, you also have access to significant state tax credits for maintaining and improving your building. Facade Improvement: there are two sources of financial assitance here. the Greenville Facade Improvement Plan, and the MEDC's Facade Improvement plan.
