Free Golf  - No tee time required!  Come check out Greenville's newest FREE recreation opportunity.  The course consists of 9 holes traversing through trees, bushes and various course obstacles.  The Greenville Recreation Dpeartment offers disc golf rentals, but any disc will work.  Grab the kids and try something new today!

DISC RENTAL: $2.00 - Includes a Driver and Putter DiscsEquipment and course maps/scorecards are available at the Greenville Recreation Department, on our website and at the disc golf kiosk located at the Danish Kingdom restrooms.

General Rules of Play:

  • One point is counted each time the disc is thrown and when a penalty is incurred.  The object is to acquire the lowest score.
  • Tee throws must be completed within or behind the designated tee area.  Do not throw until the players in fornt of you are out of range.
  • The areas that are considered out-of-bounds are: softball fields, tennis courts, mountain bike trails, and the road next to hole 9.  A disc that lands out of bounds (OB) must be brought back into play and counts as a penalty throw, adding 1 point to your score.
Caution: Golf discs are not intended for catch and can cause damage or injury when they hit.  Please be very cautious when throwing near and around streets, vehicles and park facilities.  The City of Greenville assumes no responsibility for the flight of your disc or any injury or damage that may result.
