Smoke-Free Law Public Act 188: The law requires all workplaces and food service establishments to provide a smoke-free environment. Compliance of this law is self enforcing, however to ensure compliance and to protect the integrity of the law, Local Health Departments are assigned sole enforcement responsibility.
