It's freshest at the farmer's market. Montcalm 4-H Fair Gus Macker Basketball in the streets!

Farmer's Market:
June through October, offering locally grown or homemade products on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00 AM to Noon; Thursdays from 4 to 7 PM at Veteran's Park on Washington Street. Our market accepts "project fresh" coupons.  click for market rules and an application to participate. (616) 754-5697.

Gus Macker Youth 3 on 3
: In July. This outdoor 3-on-3 basketball tournament is for young and old alike. Greenville welcomes around 1500 participants and guests to our downtown over a two-day period. Montcalm County 4H Fair
: In July at the fairgrounds (near M-57 & Hillcrest). Experience the best of life in the country and the animals that we all cherish. (616) 754-7884 

Longtime Car Show Enthusiast 2008 Car Show Judges

Greenville Car Show: 1st Saturday in August.  Enjoy food, prizes & hundreds of cool cars while a DJ keeps your pistons hummin' with great tunes in our historic downtown!  To volunteer or enter your car in the show, contact the Chamber or (616) 754-5697.  Check out our photos from this year's Car Show!

Danish Festival:
Celebrate Greenville's Danish heritage with authentic Danish food, a Hans Christian Andersen play, & the Lego contest (originated in Denmark). Danish Festival also hosts one of Michigan's largest outdoor arts & crafts fairs. Become a “Dane for a Day!” (616) 754-6369

:
 It's August. It's hot. Yet thousands of visitors flock to Greenville, Michigan because they like to SNOWMOBILE!  Watch races, demonstrations, & check out next year's models at Nelson's Speed Shop (616)754-9185.

 
Hometown Christmas Celebration:  The first Friday in December brings a warm, hometown Christmas parade. Local retailers open their doors with holiday specials and refreshments - they even give away a HUGE gift basket to one lucky shopper!
