Boys & girls ages 5-14 of any skill level is encouraged to participate in the Youth Tennis Lessons. Each participant is responsible for bringing one new can of balls.



 

Tennis Lessons
Sessions I & II

WHO:

 Boys & Girls, 6-14

WHEN:

 Monday-Thursday (2 weeks)

Session I: June 11-21, 2012
Session II: July 9-19, 2012

TIME:

 Little Acers: 8:00am-8:45am
Big Acers: 9:00am-9:45am
Big Hitters: 10:00am-10:45am

WHERE:

 Greenville High School Tennis Courts

COST:

 $30 Resident
$45 Non-Resident
(a resident resides within Greenville city limits)

DEADLINE:

 Session I: Friday, June 8, 2012
Session II: Friday, July 6, 2012

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Little Acers (5-8 yrs.): Beginner-Basic fundamentals of tennis using fun drills & games.

Big Acers (9-14 yrs.): Beginner-Basic strokes, rules, etiquette & fun competition.

Big Hitters (9-14 yrs.): Intermediate-Some playing experience or previous lessons are recommended. Further develop strokes & learn singles & doubles strategy. Recreation & competitive play against peers.
