Career Preparedness

Career readiness is the process of preparing students of any age with the essential skills they need to find, acquire, maintain, and grow within a job.  The Greenville Chamber, Greenville Public Schools and Montcalm Community College work together to assist our local youth in preparing them for pathways after high school.

Pre-Apprentice Program at MCC

This program is designed to allow students to take apprentice coursework before being hired into a local manufacturing firm as an apprentice. All students start by completing the Pre-Apprentice Core. Students should be applying at local companies to gain employment before choosing a pathway (if possible).
